click the 'Help' menu on your browser, then select 'About'. |

- Click the 'Tools' menu on your browser
- Select 'Internet Options'
- Click the 'Privacy' tab
- In the 'Settings' section, click on 'Advanced'
- Select the option 'Override automatic cookie handling'
- Under the option 'First-party Cookies', select the 'Accept' radio button
- Under the option 'Third-party Cookies', select the 'Accept' radio button
- Select the option 'Always allow session cookies'
- Click OK to close the 'Advanced Privacy Setting' dialog
- Click OK to close the 'Internet Options' dialog.

- Click the 'Tools' menu on your browser
- Select 'Internet Options'
- Click the 'Security' tab
- In the 'Custom' section, click on 'Custom Level'
- Scroll down to the 'Cookies' section
- Under the option 'Allow per-session cookies (not stored)', select the 'Enable' radio button
- Under the option 'Allow cookies that are stored on your computer', select the 'Enable' radio button
- Click OK to close the 'Security Settings' dialog
- Click OK to close the 'Internet Options' dialog.

- Select 'Internet Options'
- Click the 'Security' tab
- In the 'Custom' section, click on 'Settings'
- Scroll down to the 'Security' section
- Select 'Always accept cookies'
- Click OK to close the 'Settings' dialog
- Click OK to close the 'Internet Options' dialog.

- Click the 'Edit' menu on your browser
- Select 'Preferences'
- In the 'Category' window on the left pane, select 'Advanced' section. The right pane will then display a set of advanced options
- Under the 'Cookies' section, select 'Accept all cookies'
- Click OK.
